Should you experience an error with the app, first check to see which version your phone is supporting. As of May 2022, you should be running v.4.1.4. If you are not running this version, you may need to hard-reset the app to prompt an update and/or uninstall/reinstall from the app store.
To check which version you have installed:
Upon logging into your mobile app, click on the "hamburger" menu located at the top right side; this will open the "menu".
Once the menu option is open, check the version number above the "logout" button at the bottom.
