Should you experience an error with the app, first check to see which version your phone is supporting. If you are not running the most update version, you may need to hard-reset the app to prompt an update and/or uninstall/reinstall from the app store.
To check which version you have installed:
Upon logging into your mobile app, click on the menu button located at the top left side (three horizontal lines); this will open the "menu".
Once the menu option is open, check the version number above the "logout" button at the bottom.
