As beacons are provisioned, they are added to the system under your "Assets" category in the app.
From within the app, the asset's name, home location, current location, the time it was last seen by any gateway (fixed or mobile), and its current status (online/offline).
The search filters can assist you in finding specific assets from within your inventory list:
Search: Free-form search by keywords or numbers
Current Warehouse: Filter from specific warehouses if you have more than 1 warehouse location
Status: Filter by an asset's current status (online or offline)
Categories: Filter by a specific category of asset
Battery status: Filter assets between low and critical battery status
Home Status: Filter for homesick assets
From here, you can download a CSV file that will list all the beacons and their assigned assets, along with some additional information. The CSV file will reflect any of the filters you utilize in its download.
Beacon Mac Address: Internal unique identifier
Category Name: (hot water tank, air conditioner etc)
Unit ID: Last 4 or 5 digits of the Asset's Serial Number (note, last 5 digits is preferred, but 4 is fine as well!)
Location Name: assigned location/home location
Name: Asset Name/Number
Manufacturer: self-explanatory
Model Serial Number: self-explanatory
This CSV file should have everything you will require, without additional input necessary.
