Kahi was created with making things easy in mind. That’s part of the reason why we do not have subscription contracts for our services. Our plans are invoiced month to month, for added flexibility if you need to change from one plan to another.
We do offer a few different subscription plans, and can help you decide which ones fits you and your business. Should you wish to change your Kahi subscription, we ask that the main account owner contact us via email (support@kahi.io) and we'd be happy to discuss!
Should you wish to discontinue your Kahi service, you can do so without penalty. Prior to the termination of services, we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this decision with you, so that we can learn and grow from any feedback and constructive criticism you may have for us.
Equipment Return/Refunds
Kahi hardware items (gateways, beacons, mobile (Raven & KVG) gateways) are not eligible for return or refund.
