Moving your warehouse to a new location? Great! Make sure that when your physical warehouse location moves to move your fixed gateway along with it. It's easy to do in just a few steps!
Moving your Gateway to your New Warehouse Location
- Unplug the Kahi Hale gateway at your old location. The device will have a few hours of a battery power available. Once that is depleted, the device will not be able to track assets until it is plugged back in at your new location.
- Update the Warehouse Address from the Kahi web app. Log into your Kahi account. Under "Warehouses", find your existing warehouse that needs to be updated. Click on the "፧" and select "edit" to update the warehouse coordinates. Type in the new address and choose from the auto-selection for the correct coordinates. Update your warehouse name and hit "Save Changes".
- Plug in your Kahi Hale gateway at your new warehouse. You can update the installation area for the gateway assigned to the new warehouse. From the warehouse tab select the new warehouse, then click on "፧". Select "info" and click on "Gateways". Click on the external ID hyperlink for the associated gateway and then select "Change Install Location".

If your office address has also changed, you can update your business address via the "Organization" tab from your Kahi account. Select "Settings - Organization", hit the "Edit" button, and update your address details. See video below:
