You've provisioned your Warehouse gateways and they were online, but now they aren't. What happened?
KAHI Warehouse Gateway
🔌 Unplugged from its power source. This is the most likely culprit. Check to ensure that the unit is plugged into its power source. Though each unit has a battery back-up, intended to keep the unit active through short losses of power/power bumps, it is recommended to always keep your Kahi Warehouse Gateway plugged into a power source. We suggest using a power surge protector as well.
📵 Potential cellular connectivity issues. If your Kahi Warehouse Gateway is offline, there could be an issue with the cellular network or range in your area. Please reach out to support@kahi.io for further assistance.
Power Loss
If your warehouse gateway loses power, the assets will have their last location denoted in the platform. Once power is restored to the gateway, the asset locations will come back online.
If assets are removed from the warehouse during the outage via a vehicle outfitted with the mobile (Raven) device, they will then be tracked by the mobile gateways
