When a drying job is complete, it’s important to properly shut down your monitoring session to ensure that all sensor data is captured and safely stored. This section walks you through the correct teardown process in the Kahi Mobile App.
When to End a Session
You’re ready to end a session when:
- All drying activities are finished
- Final environmental readings have been collected
- Sensors are no longer needed in any chamber
Session Completion
Once all sensors have been removed:
- Chambers will be marked Complete automatically.
- The monitoring session automatically ends.
- No further data will be recorded from the job site.
Confirming Teardown is Complete
In the Kahi Mobile App, check that:
- No Affected Chambers are listed
- No Chambers (Affected or Common) still have sensors installed
In the Kahi Web App, check that:
- All chambers show a Complete status
- No sensors appear as still installed
The session’s end time is recorded in the Monitoring Session details.
