Shipping Information

Kahi hardware (Gateways, EnviroSensors, asset beacons & batteries) are shipped from our HQ in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦 via UPS or DHL. 

Orders are shipped with Ground Service due to the batteries. Depending on location and the size of your order, shipping estimates can take from 3 - 10 business days. 

⚠️Due to regulations with shipping batteries, we are unable to offer overnight service.⚠️

Customers located outside the continental US (Hawaii, Australia) will provided with guidance on how to source batteries locally, due to shipping regulations pertaining to this product.

Kahi-enabled Dash cams are shipped from the Raven Connected HQ in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦 via UPS. This item is shipped separately from the rest of your Kahi hardware.

Raven shipped orders require the customer's EIN to ensure smooth delivery, and are shipped with expedited Ground Service. 

Shipping information will be provided directly from Raven once your dash cams are prepared and shipped out.

Solar Power Kit components will be shipped separately from the Trailer Gateway, and with three separate packages:

• Solar Panels
• Power Kit
• Batteries

Tracking information for each package will be sent along when available, so you know when to expect their arrival. 

The Solar Panels and Power Kit will be shipped a bit quicker than the batteries, which currently have an expected turnaround time of about 1.5-2 weeks to be shipped out.

Tips & Suggestions

• ⏰ Order Early: Anticipating ordering more equipment in the new year, or before the storm season? Order your beacons ahead of time and you'll be ready to go when you need them. 
• ⬆️ Order More: It's better to have a few extra beacons on hand than not enough. Order a few extra and keep in a safe space so you have them when you need them. Great to have a few on hand in case of damage, new asset purchases, etc. 
• 💻 In-app Ordering: Order at your convenience, right from your Kahi account. Log in, head to your Settings, and click on "Order Hardware". Place your order any time of the day and week. Of course, we are always happy to create an invoice for you to complete for purchasing as well. 😊
